Jim Morgenstern, MES, RPP

With almost 30 years consulting experience, Jim is responsible for recreation, parks and library master plans, feasibility studies, management reviews and strategic plans. Jim received his BA and MA from York University and has worked with municipalities throughout Ontario, Canada and the US. Jim is sought after as a speaker and contributor to professional recreation and library journals throughout North America. Jim is responsible for all of dmA's library planning. He has successfully guided Library Boards through the difficult challenge of facility consolidation and developed innovative service partnerships. Jim was the consultant responsible for developing the internationally recognized Library Contribution to Your Community Study.
