With almost 30 years consulting experience, I am responsible for recreation, parks and library master plans, feasibility studies, management reviews and strategic plans. I received my BA and MA from York University and have worked with municipalities throughout Ontario, Canada and the US as a recreation consultant my whole career. I frequently speak at library and recreation conferences. I am the Principal responsible for all of dmA's library planning and was the consultant responsible for developing the internationally recognized Library Contribution to Your Community Study. I have guided Library Boards through the difficult challenge of facility consolidation and developed innovative service partnerships. I have enjoyed the opportunity to work with municipalities, YMCAs and educational institutions to structure strong and productive joint use agreements for major facilities. In my own leisure time I like to cook, and enjoy nothing better than a good book on my wrap-around porch.
